Checked in all pyRete code at SourceForge

I just checked in all of the pyRete code at SourceForge. This is not a release and there's lots of things that doesn't work as they're supposed to. There's also a lot of code that's not been rewritten yet so there may be traces of the old implementation left.

The simple test file in the root directory should work though. It also provides an example of how to use pyRete.

[2006-10-23]: Fixed the engine.run() and engine.un/watch() methods. So from a user perspective, things should look quite alright.
