Ruby Rools
Yet another Ruby Rule Engine. This one's not based on the Rete algorithm though, which makes it (at least for me), a lot less interesting than for example Ruleby. The author wants feedback on the latest release though so who knows where it will end up.

rools looks rather simplistic and not too useful. But then i'm completely bias.
